Ingredients
Blackberry Vanilla Smoothie

1.5-2.5 cups Blackberry - frozen
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Milk
1-3 tsps Honey

Directions

  1. Blackberries are best frozen prior.
  2. Add liquids first into the blender - milk and vanilla yogurt, then honey and finally the frozen blackberry last.
  3. Start your blender a low setting and work up to a higher one, process until smooth.

Smoothie Tips

  • Thicker Smoothie: For a thicker blackberry smoothie, add more frozen blackberry.
  • Thinner Smoothie: For a thinner smoothie, add a little milk or water - tablespoons at a time after blending everything else.
  • Smoothie Sweetness: Adjust the amount of honey to make your smoothie sweeter.
  • Blender Manuvers: Some blenders can struggle with blending large fiberous chunks or loads of frozen fruit. One tip is to begin on a lower speed and gradually increase into higher ones. Another tip is to try pulse, let the solids settle for a second or two, and pulse a few more times to break down large chunks.
