Ingredients
Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

0.25 cup Milk
0.25 cup Greek Yogurt
0.5 cup Oats - rolled
2 medium Apple - medium, cored, chopped
1-2 tsps Honey
0.5-1.5 tsps Cinnamon - ground

Directions

  1. Oats should be rolled. Apple should be cored and chopped. Cinnamon should be ground.
  2. Add liquids first into the blender - greek yogurt and milk, then oats, apple, cinnamon and honey.
  3. Start your blender a low setting and work up to a higher one, process until smooth.
